Mike Ash service supervisor took care of me and kept me informed all the way. I appreciate that more than you'll know. They also have a thing called Sunbit where you can finance your repairs without interest for three months if needed. I'll be back when needed.
I took my car for some potential warranty work. I told them at the service department to take their time and get it right. I picked it up yesterday after one week and it still wasn’t fixed. Also, one item was not covered under warranty but they quoted me $89.99 for an estimate. When I arrived they charged $126 to estimate the work. I was also shopping to replace a vehicle and requested a quote and their best price on a new Honda (Winter Haven Honda was the highest of five other dealerships). Do yourself a favor and stay away.
I found winter Haven Honda a very easy place to deal with. I bought a 2026 Honda CRV- Hybrid. My sales person Lalila answered all my questions and made sure I got deal that I wanted. All the people there were helpful and friendly.

John Buck, service director, is excellent and knows how to take care of his customers. Had an oil change and the oil cap was left off and the car leaked oil and it splattered all over the engine. He sent someone to the home to replace the oil and clean the motor. They also took the car to the Honda shop to make sure everything was ok with the car. Really impressed with the customer service. They were great!!

We were there 3/7/25 looking to buy a vehicle and trade a 2022 passport in on it. We did make an appointment in advance so we could save a little time as we knew what we wanted to purchase. Absolute terrible experience! They give you their KBB value for their vehicle and tell how good the deal is for you then tag on ridiculous predelivery fees , but on your trade in KBB value doesn’t matter we need to use fair market value and attempt to keep the upper hand! James was an excellent sales rep. He got me the price I wanted and the trade value I wanted from my 2016 BMW. Other Honda dealers were $4,000 below the trade value James got for me. And he completed the whole deal on the phone and online. Spent about 90 minutes signing paperwork and getting familiar with my new CR~V Hybrid Sport Touring. The compressor on my Honda locked up. I'm a HVAC mech so I knew what was wrong.
The service advisor told me I to pay the $100+ diagnostic charge. He told me they found my compressor was locked up and needed a new one.

The w/o increased by $13 from initially specified total, allegedly for “supplies” and "maintenance of the service department." Master consultant was polite at first, but at the end, when he explained the bill, he began to be rude, claiming that "it's like that everywhere." The car was given out dirty, with greasy fingerprints on the windshield, and they were quite surprised when I asked to wipe off the glass. It was the worst service experience in my entire life. “Zero” on NPS scale.

Dealer openly admitted to me that they purchased a 2023 Civic type R for "$7500" over MSRP from another dealer. They obviously did that in an attempt to snowball the markup onto the potential consumer further putting the car out of reach of enthusiasts looking to purchase this car. Salesman said "tell me what I have to do to earn your business". Ummm how about not trying to screw over your customers by pricing cars even higher than they're supposed to be just because you decided to pay over for it.

Went in to buy a car for our daughter. Left with a car for her as well as a car for me. Moose was our sales guy and I’m not exaggerating when I say this was the best car buying experience we have ever had. He doesn’t haggle and play games. I recently had a terrible experience with salesperson Mustafa at Winter Haven Honda. It started when I inquired about a 2022 Civic and should have ended when I learned of the mark-up over MSRP. I told Mustafa I wasn’t interested. But Mus (pronounced “moose”) insisted that he could give me a great deal because the car was in stock. I asked, “what’s an amazing deal?’ And he replied MSRP. On 12/20/20 I drop off my CR-V for filter and oil change. You bring your Honda vehicle to Winter Haven Honda with the confidence they will use Honda original parts. This has to be my worst experience ever when it comes to car dealerships. This dealer would say anything in order to sell The car, Warranties and services...but when you require them to be there for you...they will ignore you and disrespect you like no one else.

I have always taken my Honda CR-V to the Honda in winter haven and the last time I had it changed again their mechanic there forgot to replace my seal that goes with my oil filter? Therefore I was leaking oil after a week or two? I wish I had kept my receipt to know who worked on it ! But just be careful you never know if they do this intentionally to make money off you by forcing you to go back and letting them care for it when it was them who messed it up from the get go!!!!!! 👎👎👎

This was a huge mistake because when I sold the paid off vehicle two years later, I was told by the warranty company that it would need to be canceled by the dealership. I was able to work out the details and the paperwork from out of the state. the salesman, Jeff Johnson was very responsive and good to work with but the business office, not so much. Bought a brand new Honda battery for Honda Odyssey that has a 100 month warranty , died just after the 36 months free warranty, so had to pay the difference, which I can understand that. Get another Honda battery and it lasted only 10 months. Go back and its ‘oh I’m sorry that’s still under the 100 month warranty you’ll have to buy another battery at the pro rated price’. Drove a total of two hours to see a used truck went back and forth with the sales man and was looking forward to test driving the truck. Upon arrival and looking over the truck I found all four tires showing serious dry rot. I was told the truck had been though a safety inspection. I find that hard to believe. if they let those tires pass inspection I can only image what else they let slide. Please use caution buying a used vehicle from this location.

My husband and I stopped by 30 minutes befor closing; We were attended for immediately and were given a test drive and sealed the deal way past closing hours. Just purchased the Clarity and the battery is rated for 47 electric miles, we were expecting to get a range of 40-43 (real life driving conditions). We got 53 miles electric range after we charged it. AWSOME!!! Not only did the battery exceed our expectations but we still made it back home with 20 electric miles to spare and 199 mpg. Got many cars from this Dealership. Trust me ssk for Jacob he is the best. He is a fair honest salesman and the deals you get from him you won't get anywhere else.
They will help you until you purchase your car. After that you are on your own. I have been trying to cancel warranties for months with them in order to process my GAP coverage after my total loss of my car. They have never returned my call, they have been "processing" my paper work for weeks at this point. I have now have to continue paying for a car I don't even have anymore because of Winter Haven Honda. I do not recommend them at all anymore. They do not want to help you.

Jason was so friendly on the first contact over the phone; he was completely knowledgable about the car and was flexible on the price as well. When we arrived, he had ALL the paperwork done and the car was exactly as we agreed and he showed us how to use all the tech on the new car. I am a retired former business owner and never enjoyed the car buying process.......Jason was the best......how do you beat friendly, helpful, nice, knowledgable, and detail oriented?! Let me preface this with Dave Helpher and Mike Davis in sales are great. However based on the rest of my experience, I'd never go back. I emailed about a used certified pre-owned car, got the price, and scheduled to come in and get the car the next morning. I had an amazing experience at this Dealership on April 4th. The staff really knows how to take care of their customers by going the extra extra extra mile. I love my car that I got with them but I'll never come here again. It's been a headache from day one where they destroyed the tiny when scraping off the paper in the window all the way to them not being able to do their job. I've had to come back 3 times to fill out paperwork they keep forgetting to have done. It's honestly ridiculous and unprofessional. They handle things poorly and god forbid you let them drive your car for service, you get it back dirty.
My husband made several calls to this dealership requesting information on a new car deal. The salesman said he was very sure we could make a deal and even gave him a price. He was then going to check on something and call us back. He never called and my husband has called him several times, with no return call. Would I buy a car from this dealership, absolutely not! Would I recommend this dealership, absolutely not!

Salesman was very helpful and knowledge about the vehicle. He and the dealership did everything possible to get us the deal we were looking for. We were on a time schedule because of a previous engagement. They went out of there way to get the deal done and on our way.
Had issues with first servicing for recall work on the 2015 Fit. Mr. Buck contacted me several times, and I am optimistic that the service will be repaired, and correctly. He did an excellent job easing my concerns regarding bringing it back to the shop (wasn't easy), and will repair Tuesday. I want to assume that all will go as he states so I will give them five stars, and update should there be any issues.
